Motor Homes Are Safer Than Campers If You Are Caught In A StormIf you are out camping somewhere and it happens that a storm is upon you, which would definitely be a misfortune for anyone, the ultimate decision is that a motor home is much safer than a camper would be.
You again, don’t have this problem with a motor home. You simply park and put the emergency brake on and you are done, with the exception of some people scotching the tires. However, in the middle of the night a violent storm arises with gusting winds and heavy rain, maybe in some areas around you there are even tornado warnings around, the motor home is going to be safer simply because it is heavier and can withstand more than a camper, especially if the camper isn’t connected to the truck. The best thing to do is get into the bathroom of the motor home, if there is no one to get out of the area. Research proves that in most instances more damage is done to campers than to motor homes during a storm and they are caught in the midst of it. So ultimately motor homes are safer that campers if you do have to go through a storm of some kind. |
